IMAGE Studio’s Salon Suites is located in the NORTHGATE NORTH PARKING GARAGE on the SOUTH EAST CORNER of LEVEL 4. The entrance into the Northgate North parking garage is a 6’8” clearance, if you’re vehicle is taller then 6’8” you can park across the street in Northgate Mall’s parking lot. Please note Northgate North’s level 4 is 1 level above Northgate Way’s street level. Salon Victoria is owned and operated by licensed cosmetologist, master esthetician, and North Seattle native Victoria Anderson. With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Victoria prizes herself at being your go to stylist for both cut and color, for both men and women. As a master colorist she focused many years of her career refining her color skills, all while simultaneously growing her hair cutting skills, creating many of her own techniques. Her non stop need to learn the newest trends combined with the foundation she built during her time at Seattle Vocational Institute School of Cosmetology in 2010 truly sets her apart from other stylists. Victoria’s main focus is always the health and integrity of the hair, with the purpose of not only sending her clients home with beautiful hair, but also teaching them how to properly care for it on their own. Seeing improvements in her clients hair each visit and watching the evolution of her clients hair transform not only in the salon but at home is what brings purpose and joy to Victoria’s career in hair. CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may be late, need to reschedule, or cancel. If you are going to be late or unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Salon Victoria at (206) 698-7290 or beautifulhairvictoria@gmail.com as soon as possible. Guests who arrive later than 10 minutes to their scheduled appointment may forfeit their blow dry. Appointments will be cancelled after 15 minutes of scheduled appointment, and services with a duration of 45 minutes or less will be cancelled after 10 minutes. We do ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hour notice for any cancellation or reschedule. If you fail and notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment we may require a card on file for future appointments. Cancellations and No Call No Shows with a card on file will be charged for the service in full and rescheduling done within 24 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. This is a non refundable charge and will not go towards future services. Please note, if we are able to move forward with your service after your late arrival and we are pushed beyond our scheduled time together, resulting in your stylist running late, a $25 fee may be applied. Incase of reschedule for appointments which require a deposit, we ask that you please give us a minimum of 24 hour notice, if you fail and notify us within 24 hours your deposit will be forfeited. You have a maximum of 1 reschedule. Deposits are non refundable. Salon Victoria’s main goal and priority is that you are happy with the service you receive. If you are unhappy we want to fix it for you but there are some guidelines. You must notify the Salon within 72 hours of checking out and rescheduled date at a maximum of 10 days from initial appointment. Adjustments will be made per initial consultation. “Change of mind” is not applicable to receive adjustments. We do not do refunds.
